Is mold dangerous to my family?+

Can't I just clean mold with bleach?+
Bleach on porous materials (drywall, wood) kills surface mold but leaves roots — and adds moisture that feeds regrowth. Disturbing mold without containment also spreads spores through your home.
How do I know if mold is hiding in my walls?+
Musty odor, recent water damage, or unexplained allergy symptoms are the usual signs. We inspect with moisture meters and assess what's behind the surface before any demolition.
Does insurance cover mold remediation?+
